What's included

Spread across three distinct spaces, our bathhouse circuit is rooted in ancient bathing traditions, from Nordic sauna culture to Roman thermal bathing. Each element has been chosen to build on the last, so the experience deepens the longer you stay and the more you engage with the contrast between heat and cold.

Thermal Suite

Mineral Pools

Relaxation Lounge

Heat, steam, cold

Thermal Suite

Steam Room

Warm, humid air creates a different quality of heat to the sauna, one that soothes and hydrates rather than invigorates. The steam room opens airways, clears the skin and prepares the body for cold immersion particularly well, making it a natural part of any contrast circuit.

Nordic Sauna

This cedar sauna operates at temperatures between 80 and 100 degrees, heated by a kiuas: a Finnish sauna stove packed with rocks that absorb and radiate heat evenly through the session. At humidity between 10 and 20 per cent, the environment is notably dry, producing a penetrating warmth that loosens the muscles, supports circulation and settles the mind.

Infrared Sauna Fire & Ice room

The infrared sauna uses light to warm the body from within rather than heating the surrounding air, producing a gentler, lower-temperature experience that many guests find more comfortable than a traditional sauna. Located in our Fire and Ice room, it works particularly well as the heat component of a contrast therapy session paired with the cold plunge.

Cold Plunge Fire & Ice room

Brief immersion in water maintained between 7 and 12 degrees Celsius sets off a cascade of physiological responses: endorphins release, circulation surges and the nervous system resets. Used in combination with heat therapy, the cold plunge is where many of the most significant benefits of the bathhouse circuit are produced.

Magnesium-rich water

Mineral Pools

Indoor Heated Mineral Pool

The indoor heated pool is held at a steady 28 degrees and infused with therapeutic magnesium mineral salts. It's designed for passive, meditative soaking, giving the body time to absorb the minerals while the nervous system settles. Stay for as long as it feels right.

Hydrotherapy Mineral Pool

At 35 degrees and fitted with water jets, the hydrotherapy pool targets specific areas of muscular tension including the shoulders, lower back and legs, while magnesium-enriched water works at a cellular level to support recovery.

Outdoor Courtyard

The outdoor courtyard is a space to take in our natural surroundings, while engaging in contrast therapy. The barrel sauna uses dry heat to loosen muscles, open pores and settle the mind, while the cold plunge at 7 to 12 degrees triggers a cascade of physiological responses: endorphins release, circulation surges and the nervous system resets.

The space between

Relaxation Lounge

Relaxation Lounge & Courtyard

The relaxation lounge and courtyard are built around what happens between therapies. The body needs time to process what it's been through, and the mind needs space to follow. Rest here and enjoy the free-flowing tea station between circuit rounds, between treatments, or simply for as long as you feel like staying.
