VELA Escapes are exclusively booked through Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, and presale packages are available now for stays from 1st October.
The Spa Experience package can be booked online directly via our booking portal. The Immersion Retreat & Signature Escape packages must be booked via the booking form on this page to ensure availability of spa treatments & float therapy sessions during your stay.
Should you wish to book your accommodation and spa experiences separately you are more than welcome to do so. Please contact our team first to check treatment availability before booking your accommodation at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley.
Guest rooms
All accommodation is booked through Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley. Rooms are available across three primary categories.
Standard
Contemporary queen rooms with a modern ensuite and everything you need for a comfortable stay. A simple base for guests whose focus is time spent at the spa.
Premium
Featured in the Immersion Retreat package, our premium King rooms are designed for couples wanting more room to settle in. 2 Queen configurations can be arranged for small group stays up to 4 quests, ideal for a girls getaway.

Suites
Featured in the Signature Escape package, our suites are the most generous rooms on the estate offering King beds, separate living areas and several with balconies and views to the Blue Mountains.
For larger group stays, a 3 bedroom apartment is available and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
Reserve your escape
Select your preferred package and arrival and check-out dates (remember presale packages are available for stays from 1st October).
Our reservations team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and take you through the details. Please note: a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking for both the Immersion & Signature escapes.
