Bathhouse Membership
Foundation PriceFor those wanting simple, daily access to our immersive bathhouse.
Up to 2 hours of uninterrupted daily access to the bathhouse. Includes access to:
- Thermal & hydrotherapy mineral pools
- Nordic sauna & steam room
- Fire & Ice room with cold plunge & infrared sauna
- Relaxation lounge & courtyard sanctuary
- Personal locker, slippers, robe & towel
- Free flowing tea & light refreshment station
- Complimentary non-alcoholic beverage per visit
Recovery Membership
Foundation PriceA deeper approach to wellbeing, designed to support physical recovery and mental clarity.
Includes everything in Bathhouse, plus:
- 1 hour weekly float therapy experience
- 5% off spa treatments & retail
Immersion Membership
Foundation PriceFor those who seek consistency, ritual, and a commitment to feeling their best.
Includes everything in Recovery, plus elevated member privileges:
- 15% off spa treatments, retail & dining
- Priority access to new offers & experiences
- Glass of Sparkling or choice of beverage per visit
Important Membership Notes
Bathhouse and float sessions must be booked in advance using your membership credits. Walk-in access is not guaranteed for members.
All memberships are a 3-month commitment, billed weekly from the date of purchase.
Discounts on spa, retail and dining apply to full priced services and items only.
*Please note our float therapy rooms are still being finalised and may not be available by 22nd September. Should you wish to not miss out on a foundation membership, we encourage you to purchase the Bathhouse Membership now which can then be upgraded to Recovery or Immersion once our Float Therapy rooms are complete.

Yes. All memberships require a 3-month commitment, billed weekly from the date of purchase.
100 foundation memberships are available for a limited time until sold out. After which, memberships will revert to their standard price as listed above.
No, you cannot share your VELA pass or membership with others.
Yes you can. Please contact our team if you wish to upgrade your membership.
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months after the initial 3-month commitment period.
For Bathhouse & Float sessions:
- Less than 24 hours: 50% deposit forfeited
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of booking charged
- If cancelling within 24hrs using a multi session pack, your credit will be forfeited
- If cancelling within 24hrs using a membership, you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee
For Spa Treatment sessions:
- Less than 48 hours: 50% deposit forfeited
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of booking charged
